My practice is strengths-focused and individualised, meaning I will work with you to develop a plan that meets your therapeutic needs, helping to build your understanding and confidence to improve day to day living, at a pace that works for you. 


I am trained and experienced in providing evidence-based therapy using approaches including an attachment-based framework, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Schema Therapy.
